I was curious about the relative sizes of the sections/regions, so I
generated a few statistics on them. Here's a brief summary:
(I don't have complete info for sections 10 and 13 - how many
active/inactive chapters are in each?)

Active, by region 33.5 37 8.7 16 (IX) 46 (V)
Inactive, by reg. 34.9 none 11.9 14 (V) 49 (IV)

This is based on the most recent leadership directory that was sent out,
with the corrections that I knew about (such as St. Vincent activating in
62), but not removing chapters that are suspended on on administrative
review.
