The 6 inactive chapters in old section 14 were divided up with 1 inactive
in section 10 (Idaho State) and the other 5 in section 13.

(as pointed out section 48 has 15 active chapters)
The numbers don't quite add up. 33.5*10 + 34.9*10 = 684 and with St.
Vincent's we are at 696 charters. Does this represent the charters at
closed schools or the Petitioning groups?
I don't have the numbers with me but lines for charters (both active and
inactive) by both region and section would be interesting as well.
The numbers (and some info on second place in some categories) does show
general strengths and weeknesses geographically. For example, The section
with the largest number of inactive chapters (45=Louisiana & Mississippi)
is next to the Region with the most number of inactive chapters which
gives a general feeling for the number of chapters that can be brought
back in the Southeast.
