Yes.
Oh, you want to know when. I'm not sure. If there was someone who
consistently scanned the T&Ts in the web team would put a link to that
from the National Web site. The ideal situation once this all works out
would be to get the electronic version directly from the national Office,
but I don't think that's possible right now. The people on the web team
are very aware that this is a wanted thing, so stay tuned....
