Hello,
I'm looking for help for the Greater Pittsburgh Council's Spring
Camporee, May 1st-3rd. Expected youth attendance is 2,500-3,000
boys/youth.
Mostly, help will be needed in the areas of traffic direction, daytime
security (don't involve much, EMS and police will be on hand), cooking,
and staffing an APO information table. Also, anyone with an amature
radio license can volunteer to be part of the communications team.
Tent space can be provided, and the food (provided by our own Kappa
chapter) will be excellent, and none will go home hungry! Food and
registration is $17 for the entire weekend.
This is a great chance for service to youth and FUN!
If interrested, contact me (dl4s@andrew.cmu.edu) and I will make arrangments.
