Howdy,
I first would like to introduce myself, My name is Bill Kuhfal. I am
a past Region 7 Director.
I have had the honor of attending every national convention since
1984 and have seen how Roll Call has changed thru the years.
I am a full beliver that if a tradition is not a positive one then
that tradition should be changed or ended. I ask you all, is roll
call a positive event at this time or can it be changed to make it
one, or is their something else that can be done to show the spirit
of the chapters.
