OK everybody, please be patient and read all of this b/c I would really like
to get responses on these topics. I'm looking for ideas so thanks.

I know that there has been discussion about Risk Management policies (RMP)
that other chapters had. I believe that someone else said they would put
together a compilation of what they received. If someone has a compliation of
RMPs, I would appreciate a copy or if chapters want to send me their RMP that
would be fine too. We were looking to get a little more specific than what
Nationals has listed.

Now for the next thing... I would like to see how other chapters go about
selecting Pledgemasters, Rush Chairs and/or Big-Little Chairs. If your
chapter does not have these positions in existence aside from the MVP, that is
fine. Right now, AGX has people who are interested in the positions apply for
them by writing a letter that states reasons for wanting the position and why
they should get it. It is then consulted by the MVP with the Membership
Committee and then the two Pledgemasters are appointed along with the other
two.

I was also curious as to the elected officer to active brother ratio in your
chapters. As it stands now, AGX has 11 officers to about 80 active brothers
and I would like to find out what other chapters have in this area. Please
include the officers in the active brother total so I reduce the error in this
'survey'. I am especially interested in the really big chapters (but that
doesn mean that I don't want to hear from smaller chapters).

I have a compliation of Big-Little policies that I received from people on
APO-L. If you would like a copy of this then please EM me and I will send it
to you.

If you have been confused by my questions, then let me know and I will go
ahead and clarify.

In Leadership Friendship and Service,
Bryan Royer

Membership VP
President-elect
