I want to thank Erin for his responce to my mail eailer.

The problem we have is this, The V.P. of Membership was going to be broken
down into a V.P. of Membership and then a Pledge trainer helping that
person. Well to avoid competiton in these two offices we have to decided
to present the idea of two seperate vp of membership for active and pledging.

As far as voting exec. we do not hold exec or officer meetings. We have one
general meeting onec a week. The president makes most of the descions while
consulting a vp now and then. This has worked so far. But belive me it puts
a ton of stress on my shoulders when someting doesn't go right. I have
problems getting people to turn out at regular meetings that I know it
would be a hassle to have exec meetings. Our meetings are always fun and
short so I just don't understand why we have only 2/3 acitves attending.

Also I have a question, I was talking to another chapter last weekend and
I learned that they use chapter money to buy "tea and crumpets". Imagine
my horrer when I learned this. Isn't this against risk mangment???
