HI EVERYONE! I know there are some people out there who read and are
silent, including myself, but I just had to do this:

        HI CHRIS!!!!!!!!!

She's an alumni of Delta Zeta chapter at the University of
Pennsylvania, and is now Section '92 staff. She'a also now studying at
Princeton Theological Seminary. :) Had to do it. :)

I have read some interesting reponses and opinions about changing
traditions and adding to the Toast Song. I do not want to repeat what
others have said, since I do agree with some people, but I just want to
say that certain expressions of pride in membership (ie., toast song) do
need to change to accomodate the changes in membership. The toast song
as is alienates many females, and given that they are now members, their
consitutuency needs to be represented in our traditions and rituals.
Tradition used to be that this was an all male fraternity. Men have been
able to cope with including women in our fraternity. They should be able
to cope with making ammendments to reflect that change.

                        In L, F & S,

                                :)Carmen L. Hernan
