As far as I know the only chapters at all-male schools are
Delta Omicron @ Wabash College
Kappa Tau @ the Citadel
Tau Lambda @Rose-Hulman Inst. of Tech. (will go co-ed when women are admitted
to the school)
Psi Gamma @Wentworth Military Inst.
Alpha Delta ??? @ VMI (Petitioning group)
There are currently no chapters at all-female schools. There are however
chapters at schools which are less than 1% male. Carlow College in Pittsburgh
has 4000 students and about a dozen men. The chapter is currently all-female.

I would like corrections to this list if possible please.
The only region without an all-male chapter is Region X.
