Riz from UPenn wrote about giving each chapter the opportunity to revise the
toast song in order to make it more PC, if they so choose.  However, if you
start doing that, you will have bedlam at sectionals, regionals, and nationals
as you have 20 different versions being sung at the same time.  Also, then
where do you draw the line at allowing different chapters to do their own
thing.  I would not like to see this fraternity split into several smaller
fraternities over something like this.

If a chapter chooses to remain all male....  so be it.  Each chapter is given
the power to choose who they want into their brotherhood.  If it would make
many of the brothers at these chapters feel uncomfortable, to the point of
possibly going inactive, I don't think that would be a good idea.  I personally
do not agree with having all-male chapters, but if that's what the brothers at
these chapters want, it's their decision.
