With the increase in the number of messages being sent to APO-L and
the ever-larger number of subscribers, the list is generating a lot
more error messages (200 or so in the last 48 hrs) from people whose
sites are having a network problem or are over their personal mail
quotas. As a result, I'm going to be a litte quicker to remove people
from the list for these problems than I have in the past.

If you get a message saying that you've been removed from the list,
it's nothing personal. If you get the message, it actually means that
whatever the problem was has been fixed. (When there is a network
problem, some systems store the mail and keep trying to deliver for
several days -- I get an error message each day delivery fails.
Eventually, the mail goes through and you get your back mail including
the message that you were signed off APO-L. All you need to do is
resubscribe.

If you don't get any mail from APO-L for a few days and suspect that
there is a problem, drop me a note or try resubscribing.
