At Alpha Zeta we have been using the word SIBS to replace BROTHER in many
instances. Our chapter is primarily women and they want the political
correctness. Sibs appears to appease them without being corny.
They find it difficult to visualize any female accepting the term brother;
hence, I have forwarded some choice posts from those of you who have
eloquently stated why the term brother is endearing.
