Our sectional membership & extension chair (not the current one) sent us a
really rude letter last year about the ability to vote out pledges who
have met stated requirements. Note this direct quote from bylaws:
Part XI. Exemplify the Cardinal Principals of Alpha Phi Omega to the
satisfaction of the Chapter.
He included quotes from national bylaws with ^^^^^ emphasis under some
parts. In our return letter, we sent back the exact same quote, but moved
the emphasis. We didn't hear from him again.

If we still had the same person as chair, I'd send you the address, but
