I just got done reading David Anderson's post and the only problem with
membership status depends on what your individual By-laws say about being a
member of A-Phi-O in your particular chapter.
Unfortunately for David, Beta Sigma's By-laws state that undergrads may be
active members. If someone is a second degree candidate they are still an
undergrad, however it is stated in our by-laws that graduate students (whether
it be Law, Medicine, Reg Grad School) can be advisors, but not have the
"active" vote they had as undergrads. Sorry to throw that one at you David,
but some APO Chapters are Undergrad only. That's just the way the cookie
crumbles.
