I'm posting the following question for a brother (Mark Dearing) that
doesn't have access right now.
"I'm wondering what people think about the proposed amendments to
limit the terms of the national officers and regional directors."

Some of the brothers have served in an office for quite a long time.
This has pros and cons. The biggest con I see is what happens if
someone's term limit is up, and there isn't anyone that wants to run
for that office? On the pro side, it will encourage change and
development of leadership.
