Voting Delegates,

How do you plan to get your chapters' opinions on the proposals before us?
Considering there are 57 pages of stuff, I've been wondering a lot about this.
We would have to go through 9.5 pages a night to be done this semester, and
that could take a while.

Any suggestions on how to cut down the time needed to get an accurate view of
what the whole chapter things would be appreciated. Also, how closely will
you be taking into account the chapter's view?
