Before you wade into the fray discussing the bylaws ammendments and other
issues, please READ THE ACTUAL PROPOSALS. Don't depend on the statement
of the proposal you see on the list. The poster could have
misinterpretted it. The proposals have been sent out to the chapters.
If your chapter doesn't have them by now, you may want to contact the
National Office and figure out why they got lost.
