I think Jerry is right on target with the BSA amendments. Not having been
a scout, perhaps my view is different, but I don't see APO as a "scouting"
organization, I see us as a SERVICE organization.

From what I have read so far, I plan on fully supporting these amendments
in their present form, esp. the bit about not haivng to have a scouting
advisor to become a chapter.
