The Xmas blackout dates for this are Dec. 23, 26, and Jan. 2. Saturday
stay is required. Tickets must be purchased within 24 hours of the
reservations. Tickets must be bought by THIS FRIDAY.
Currently Northwest is the only airline offering this, but the travel
agent I spoke to expects the others to jump on by tomorrow. The discount
varies slightly depending on exactly which day you travel.
To give you an idea of the discount, I got a quote of $346 leaving Pgh
on the 27th and returning on the 31st. Currently USAir is approx. $464.

Northwest Airlines has just announced a airfare savings of up to 40% on
holiday travel throughout the continental 48 U.S. and Alaska.
Reservations must be made and tickets issued by OCTOBER 26, 1994.
Travel is valid from Sat., Nov. 12 to Jan. 14, 1995. Other restrictions
apply. Other airlines including USAir are expected to match this
holiday airfare sale. Please contact your travel agency for more
details.
