Good question, if you're trying to find info from another chapter or the
email address of someone at another chapter:

Take a look at the list of APO-L subscribers and see if you can locate
someone from the chapter or the person you are looking for.  Then you can
just handle things in personal mail.  You can get a copy of the APO-L
subscribers list by sending the command:

REVIEW APO-L

to

LISTSERV@VM.CC.PURDUE.EDU

If you can't get the information you need from that then go ahead and
send a message to the list.
