<p>Valentine' s Day is just around the corner, but some folks may find themselves struck by a heart attack or ' broken heart syndrome' , instead of cupid' s arrow.</p>
<p>The American Heart Association notes that a broken heart, and stress in general, can lead to trouble with your heart, even if you' re otherwise HEALTHY.</p>
<p>Broken heart syndrome can lead to severe, short-term heart muscle failure.</p>
