I find that "large groups" usually consist of a handful of lefties.

Well that's a stupid rule.  Assuming he needs license to use the word, I
figured we'd grant him the privilege given its unoffensive use in his article.

I doubt it.  The NAACP is just one of many little shakedown operations in
bed with the New York Times.  Hesides, how does Herbert's race make his
unwarranted attack on David Chang read any less liberal or politically correct?

But until such time as a federal court rules on the word in context with
Virginia v. Black, I'd take Kennedy's conclusions with a grain of salt.
