Justin Bieber accepts the award for favorite pop rock album for "Believe"
at the 40th American Music Awards in Los Angeles, California, November 18,
2012.ReutersCanadian singer Justin Bieber performs in a concert at the Atlantico
pavilion in Lisbon March 11, 2013.ReutersSwedish police say they have found
drugs on board a tour bus used by Justin Bieber.Police spokesman Lars
Bystrom says a small amount of drugs and a stun gun were
found when officers raided the empty bus parked under the Globen concert
venue in Stockholm, where Bieber was performing Wednesday.Bystrom said Thursday
they have no suspects and no one has been arrested. He declined
to identify the drug, saying it had been sent to a laboratory
for an analysis. He says police acted after smelling marijuana coming from
inside the bus when it was parked outside the hotel where Bieber
was staying. The drug squad was alerted and searched the bus during
the concert. But a source close to Bieber denied the claims made by
the police."The cops found nothing and left. No violations. Nothing," the
source told FOX 411.On Thursday morning, the 19-year-old singer tweeted:
"some of the rumors about me....where do people even get this stuff.
whatever...back to the music."Bieber is in Stockholm as part of a world
tour. The Associated Press contributed to this report.
HELSINKI Officials in a liberal Stockholm suburb that discourages gender
stereotypes have decided to open a gender-neutral changing room in a local
high school to avoid students being classified as male or female.Patrik
Biverstedt, headmaster of the Soedra Latins upper secondary school, says
they decided on the cubicle where one person can change at a
time after students proposed it last year. It will be ready by
May 6.Students' union member Camille Trombetti says the changing room is
not only "for transsexual" students but any student who wants privacy when
changing for school activities.Soedra Latins is in the same affluent Sodermalm
district where children at the Egalia preschool are encouraged to avoid
using "him" and "her" and to call others "friends" instead of girls
or boys.

<p style="font-size:xx-small;"> Fox News Poll: 40 1093escribe nations debt as 'crisis'Voters say it is
more important to continue funding Social Security and Medicare at their
current levels than to reduce the federal deficit. Yet more than half
also think tax increases should not be considered during the current round
of budget negotiations, according to a new Fox News poll.Given those views,
it's unsurprising that more voters disapprove (53 percent) than approve
(39 percent) of President Obama's proposed budget, which includes both reductions
to entitlement program benefits and tax hikes on upper-income Americans. The
split is not entirely along party lines. Nearly a third of Democrats
give the president's budget plan a thumbs down (62 percent approve, 31
percent disapprove). The sentiment is even stronger on the tax issue.Since
taxes rose in January, a 55-percent majority of voters says tax increases
should be off the table for the next budget deal. Most Republicans
feel that way (68 percent), but so do many Democrats (42 percent). At
the same time there is a clear consensus that debt is a
concern. Four in 10 voters describe the nation's debt situation as a
crisis, and more than 8 in 10 see debt as a major
problem (43 percent), if not a crisis (40 percent).CLICK TO VIEW THE
FOX NEWS POLL.Even so, by 54-40 percent, voters prefer keeping Social Security
and Medicare programs funded at their current levels over reducing the deficit. On
the other hand, there's some uncertai mocrats -- have been lobbying the federal
government for years for the authority to collect sales taxes from online
sales. The issue is getting bigger for states as more people make purchases
online. Last year, Internet sales in the U.S. totaled $226 billion, up
nearly 16 percent from the previous year, according to Commerce Department
estimates. The National Conference of State Legislatures estimates that states
lost $23 billion last year because they couldn't collect taxes on out-of-state
sales. Daugaard estimates that South Dakota loses $48 million to $58 million
a year, important revenue for a state that doesn't have an income
tax.The main opposition in the Senate is coming from three states that
have no sales taxes: New Hampshire, Montana and Oregon. Delaware doesn't
have a sales tax, either, but both Delaware senators have voted to
advance the bill."We don't like the idea of other states auditing our
businesses," said Sen. Jeff Merkley, D-Ore. "They don't like the idea of
being subject to both bureaucrats and potential legal action."The Associated
Press contributed to this report.
