I'm glad to see notes like this---but I'm not sure there's much to say
about the judgement. It seems to mostly focus on colleges as special
entities not treated the same as businesses, and doesn't address in
any way the in loco parentis doctrine which has been such a problem
for MIT.
Beyond that, the review of facts is traumatic reading. I understand
why her parents presented it to the court, but I do wish that these
private details of a person's life could have been left private.
