I would sell each of you to non-consensual kidney-harvesters in a 
heartbeat if it meant I got to ride the T for ten dollars a month.

Complaining about mandatory fees might feel good in the abstract (and
mandatory fees are bad in the abstract, sure) but this sounds like a great 
opportunity for students.

A T pass is something you almost certainly need - and if you have it, 
you'll almost certainly use it. If it encourages MIT students to get the 
hell off campus at times they otherwise might not, so much the better.

And if not...consider the goddamn resale opportunities.

If only MIT offered a class in knowing what to kvetch about. (I'd have 
failed but it'd have been worth it. I'd probably only get a C+ now!)
