I think associating the phrases "alcohol emergency" and
"DEF-TUV-TUV-OPER-OPER" together would go a long way towards
accomplishing what you're aiming for. Because everybody knows
Nightline's number, and has a loose idea of the things you can talk to
them about, and I don't think people have felt like the administration
has tried to force the idea of "confidential academic/medical/random
advice" down their throats in spite of Nightline publicity being
almost everywhere.
(Is Nightline the right group? Dunno, but their publicity does seem
to have the right characteristics.)
