This is what I would potentially be concerned about.  I put money on  
my Tech Cash card, not my parents.  Control is not an issue for me -  
but if I have two sets of places where I can spend money, and two  
accounts that pay for those, that's a pain.

In other words, if I can buy food with food-only, and random stuff  
with techcash, can I buy at food-only places with techcash?  If not,  
that's a hassle, and one that would make me less likely to put money  
in either type of account.

What real benefits does this new "food-only" card offer anybody -  
students, parents, campus dining- that techcash doesn't?
