To the best of your knowledge, will "Dining Dollars" be similar to
TechCash in that money can be put onto it at any time, and the money
does not go away at the end of the term?
(I'm personally opposed to anything that constrains students into
buying food from Campus Dining only, for the reasons that everyone
else has brought up, but also for the fact that my house's strongest
rush tool is our meal plan, and anything that discourages students
from eating off campus directly hurts our social connection to
campus.)
