it was specifically mentioned that verde's [along with the coop,
which has a little bit of snack food] would be excluded, since they're
not food-only. [and they'd have to do a lot more work to allow food items
and exclude non-food items - as far as i can tell, only the final total
amount gets sent from verde's to the card office people.]
