from the description on the UA website of the secretary general:
"It is the Secretary General's responsibility to enable the free flow 
of news and other information between internal UA groups and external 
individuals and organizations. Also, as the primary archivist of the UA, 
the Secretary General is required to distribute the minutes of major UA 
meetings and other notices."


....so, dealing with the minutes? that should be the secretary. possibly 
in coordination with the UA-CIT as to updating on the website, if thats 
where you want them.
