I certainly agree that these things fall to particular people. But when
those people aren't doing it, you have to think about ways to sovle the
problem. Minutes have been a terrible problem for student government
for a long time (I can't remember *ever* having been satisfied), and
in my opinion, if there was dedicated staff that solved the problem,
it would be money well-spent.

I thought I was clear. Minutes not distributed. ("The UA senate, on
the other hand, has no updates since April 19th..., and is still
missing several meetings from prior to that.").
I think this sort of question need not be covered on the mailing list,
however, and it would be nice to reduce the traffic somewhat.
