Go back and read my message.  I was evaluating probability, not
effectiveness.  We could talk about body count, but I don't think it
would be as imbalanced as you indicate, especially when we take into
account total world population at the time of the event.

I think a more important lesson can be drawn: Don't mess with the
atheists.  They'll kick your ass much more seriously than any
religious nut.
