OpenSSH: response instead of password

Hi!

I want OpenSSH to use Kerberos auth. It works somewhat but not as I've
excepted, instead of entering a password I'm asked to enter Reponse:
(which is actually the password). I yet didn't figure out how to
configure SSH2, so -1:

# ssh -1 host
Password:
Response: <cursor's here>

server's ssh2_config:

KerberosAuthentication yes
GSSAPIAuthentication yes
GSSAPICleanupCredentials yes

Client:
GSSAPIAuthentication yes
GSSAPIDelegateCredentials yes
