Rcp -x in Kerberos R5 beta2

In Kerberos R5 beta2, rcp -x does not seem to work. I've noticed that
it does work if I have a ticket on each machine ("from" and "to" machine
where one machine is the "local" machine and the other is "remote")
and that it destroys the ticket on the "remote" machine after the copy is
complete.
It appears that this happens because send_auth() and answer_auth()
routines use user-user authentication. I'm curious to know if the original
design had ticket forwarding built-in, or rcp is just using user-user
authentication with the wrong principal. In each case, rcp seems to use
the principal of the "rcp user" to do the user-user authentication.

  Thanks,
