AFS already has in the code the ability to encrypt the data transfers.
It is, however, a compile time option, on the part of the client, to
set this.  The stock server, as far as I know, can handle either type
of request without being recompiled.

I'm not sure that this code has ever been tested, however.  It would
probably be a neat thing to try it on a couple machines.. ;-)
