problem in accessing RT bug tracking system

hi all,
I'm not able to access the RT bug tracking system. Whenever I clicked the
"list of fixed bugs" link in any krb5-1.6 release page, it is showing the
following-
could not find component for initial path
'/NoAuth/krb5-1.6/fixed-1.6.html' (component roots are:
'/var/rt2/local/WebRT/html', '/var/rt2/WebRT/html')
