I would like to write a simple Perl wrapper of ktutil to produce a keytab file with the same secret stored using several hashes. As far as I can tell, ktutil's password entry goes to the tty rather than stdin, and so a simple bidirectional pipe won't suffice. Is there a simple out-of-the-box (in this case Mac OS X 10.4/5/6) solution?
