Hi- I'm not sure if this the right place, but hopefully someone can help. We are attempting to launch the MIT Kerbros 4.1 ticket program on a user's personal laptop.  The program installs and the shortcut appears on the desktop, but the program will not launch to create a ticket.  I also tried using the cmd prompt and "kinit" but I get the message "permission denied to access Kerbros."

I appreciate any help. Thank you!
