I recently installed Kerberos V5 on my linux 1.2.13 system.
After a little bit of fun, I have my system running very nicely.

some questions now arise

1. I use shadow on my system. Is there anyway that I can keep the
shadow/kerberos password the same?? Is there a hack that I can do to
passwd that will do this? (I understand that this sort of defeats the
purpose, but I was just wondering if it was possible)

2. login.krb5 doesn't seem to work. If I run it on the command line
and enter a user that I know is in the kerberos database, I get a
Kerberos error: Can't send request (send_to_kdc)
Login incorrect

Any ideas?
