There's also a qtacacsd which tries to login to a PH/QI CSO Nameserver
database, using the user-supplied principal (ph alias) and password,
presumably using qi/ph's primitive password challenge encryption
sequence.
It's in use here although I don't know where the source came from; I
just checked the latest qi-3.1B7 source from
ftp://uiarchive.cso.uiuc.edu and I don't see it there.
