extending krb5_ticket structure

The krb5_ticket structure currently only has a handle on the encrypted
part via a data pointer to an encoding.
Several times I've been coding stuff and realized that I needed to get
to the contents of the encrypted part, and I have been forced to add
extra parameters, etc.
I therefore propose adding a pointer to krb5_enc_tkt_part to the krb5_ticket
structure. If this pointer is NULL, then there isn't anything there.
If non-null, it points to the decrypted contents.
