I am currently trying to get the ready for a release. So at this point,
please don't commit any further changes into the tree without clearing
it with me first. Very clear bug fixes (esp. portability issues) and
checks to fix the documentation fixes will still be going in, but I
really want to lock down the tree at this point.

Unfortunately, a couple of unexpected things are still holding us back.
The documentation still needs some work to get rid of Cygnus-isms, the
kdb5_util dump man page isn't in nroff format, so you get something
really unspeakably ugly when you type "man kdb5_dump". I'm working on
fixing the latter, as well was the "XXX I don't know what the arguments
mean" in the man page.

Also, "kdb5_util load_v4" was clearly not tested, as the argument
parsing was totally and completely broken. I've fixed this. We will
eventually (post beta 7) want more test cases for kdb5_util, to make
sure it really works.

If people can do the rounds of making sure things compile *and* work on
their respective favorite platforms, I'd be grateful. Thanks!!!
