Marc asked me to try and build for the Alpha early this
morning. I don't have very strong confidence in this build beccause
kangaroo has managed to wedge in the amke process just after
processing lib/crypto/os. I don't know there is a problem; it should
be an AFS issue, or an issue with my build tree (not completely clean
before starting), but I was unable to get it to build or fail to build
in the time I had allotted.
However, as of last Wednesday, it was building on an Alpha.
