Right now I've locked out the db on avalanche-breakdown. Right now
due to a bug in the elisp it's possible to query but not edit PRs on
rt-11, which is where I've migrated the db to. I can work on fixing
this or we can just wait until tomorrow's namespace update fixes
things.
Please please please don't touch the db on avalanche-breakdown as it's
now going to be out of date.
I also still have yet to add everyone to the "responsible" file on
rt-11, though all of krbcore should be in the passwd file now.
