a) Which version of the tcl library is assumed? I have tcl7.5 installed
(from dejagnu) - the use of main does not appear to be compatible. Do we
need different interfaces for differing tcl libraries?
(see kadmin/tesing/util)
b) We need to autoconf for perl. If you don't have that - the tests will
not run.
c) Hard coded paths suck. /mit/gnu, /usr/athena/bin/perl
