I've updated it to run "make" in the doc directory. Should it run
santize or not? I was under the impression that sanitize is
annoyingly slow. Also, do we want the stuff not at the top level of
the doc directory to be made into .ps files or not?
FYI, mkrel took about 18 to 20 minutes of real time on my sparcstation
