When the multi-db support was working, the profile relation in
a specific realm in kdc.conf pointed to krb5.conf. I don't think it
has been rethought or tested since then, unless you did stuff while
implementing the integration.
I certainly haven't done anything with it.
Does this mean that the profile relation in not supported in *either*
krb5.conf or kdc.conf, in the current code? If so, we should remove
the reference to that relation from the install manual. Someone
please confirm that this is the case.
