We have to make sure the OpenVision copyright is included everywhere
it needs to be; MIT has a legal obligation to do so. This probably
includes the texinfo copyright nodes since those are the "primary
documentation" for the system. Presumably Ted knows just what MIT
agreed to do.
We should have done this for beta 7, we definately need to by 1.0.
