	You are confused, and it is my lack of clarity that is at
fault.  These were the tests in test/dejagnu, not the kadmin tests.
Those tests should not run start-servers.sh.  What I can't figure out
is where env-setup.sh is getting called by the stuff in tests/dejagnu,
although I supose Ezra can answer that fairly trivialially.

	Given how confused Marc must have sounded  when you assumed he
was talking about the kadmin tests in kadmin/testing, this is
reasonable.
