While thinking about how the libcc specs would work with the file
based cred cache routines, I noticed a flaw in the spec for
krb5_cc_resolve.

The typical program (e.g. login) should not know or care what kind of
cred cache it is using.  The spec for resolve says that string_name
must be of the form "type:residual" and that type MUST be known to the
library.  I suggest the spec be changed so that a string without a :
or beginning with "any:" will resolve to *any* cache mechanism;
presumably this will be the site default which is configurable.  The
first form is so users don't have to deal with cache types, the second
is for bizarre operating systems that may have : as a legal part of
path names/memory segment names etc.
